Please read this Shipment & Delivery Policy (“Policy”), which governs the shipment and delivery of any order under this Platform or the Services offered therein, in part and parcel with the Terms of Use available on this Platform, for any clarification on any point of this Policy.  

We process and dispatch any order typically within 1-2 business days, depending on the nature and volume of the products in the order. Following dispatch, we offer free shipping across India with no minimum order value; shipments and deliveries are fulfilled by third-party logistics partners, usually within 3-5 business days in metropolitan cities and 5-10 business days in other cities or locations. You will receive tracking details once the order is dispatched. If you face any issues or delays in delivery, please reach out to us at help@alore.in; we will do our best to assist you. That said, we are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners, customs clearances, or force majeure events. 

For shipment and delivery of any product outside India, please contact us at help@alore.in to facilitate such shipments and deliveries, with the cost and procedure to be elaborated thereafter.
