At Alore, all products are made-to-order, which means we do not offer returns or refunds for reasons such as wrong size, change of mind, or preferences. We hope you understand — we make each piece just for you.
However, if your order is damaged during shipment, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. In such cases:

Upon approval, a refund will be issued as store credit only

Damaged items must be unused and in original packaging
Store credit is non-transferable
