Alore is a metropolitan wear brand designed for Gen-Z, with a core focus on industrial design, geometric lines, and purposeful details. All garments are developed with functionality and design harmony in mind, with signature pocket innovations and minimalist styling.

2. Product Information

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However:

  • Colors may slightly vary due to screen settings.

  • Measurements and fits are approximate.

  • All designs, including our signature pockets and geometric elements, are proprietary.

3. Orders and Payments

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • Prices are displayed in INR and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

  • We accept major payment methods including UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking.

  • Alore reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • We currently ship across India.

  • Standard delivery timelines are 5–10 business days.

  • Delays may occur due to external factors (weather, logistics, etc.).

  • A tracking ID will be shared once your order is dispatched.

5. Returns and Exchanges

  • At Alore, every product is custom-built with precision and made-to-order based on your preferences and our signature design philosophy. As a result, we do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, size issues, or preference differences.

    However, your satisfaction and trust are important to us. That’s why we allow returns or exchanges only in cases where the product has been damaged during shipping. To be eligible, you must report the damage within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photo or video proof of the damaged item and packaging.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Alore website, including logos, images, text, graphics, and product designs (especially our unique pocket features), are the intellectual property of Alore.

  • Any unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Alore is not liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential losses.

  • Product misuse or improper handling.

  • Delays due to third-party services (logistics, payments, etc.).
