About Us
Alore was born from a simple observation: the way we live in cities has changed, but the way we dress for them hasn’t quite caught up.
We spend our days moving between places, plans and versions of ourselves. A meeting in the morning. A coffee across town. Lunch that runs late. An evening that was never part of the plan. And yet, clothing is often designed around a choice: look good or function well.
We think you should have both.
Functionality sits at the heart of everything we make. We look at the small, often overlooked moments of everyday city life, where a shirt pulls when you move, where you wish you had somewhere to put your phone, where a fabric doesn’t quite work with the weather, where getting dressed for one part of your day leaves you underdressed for the next.
These are the things we design around.
We observe how people move through their everyday lives, where their clothes get in the way, and where they could work a little harder for them. Then we take those observations back to the drawing board, refining the fit, the fabric, the construction and the details to make clothing that solves for real life.
But function alone isn't enough. We believe the clothes you rely on every day should still make you feel good in them.
